We are in search of a Sales Recruiter for our rapidly growing company. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent within a designated region or functional area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping BradyPLUS culture and driving the company’s mission and goals, through the successful sourcing and selection of top talent.
Note: This is a temporary 1099 position estimated to be 6 months. Also, this is a remote position with the ability to perform the work anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates, including scheduling, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have:
1-3 years experience recruiting sellers required, preferably in an industrial environment.
At least 3 years of experience in high volume, full cycle recruiting of exempt and nonexempt associates in a distribution environment, or related industry.
Advanced sourcing skills on various platforms to include Linkedin, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other platforms, required.
Proven success in sourcing and building candidate pipelines in Linkedin.
Ability to support a highly matrixed environment and efficiently navigate multiple systems.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and interview strategies.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
Working knowledge of employment law and other best practices related to recruitment and selection.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
