Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED. College degree preferred
Minimum of 3+ years reception experience preferably in a law firm setting but other professional environments are acceptable.
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time
Successful candidates must be fully vaccinated from COVID19 as a condition of employment prior to the start date
Work schedule; 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m Monday - Friday (In office / No remote work)
The Compensation range for this role is 23.08 to 27.69 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
