Designs, implements and manages an assigned program. Typical duties can include but are not limited to: Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports, oversee and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff, plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, direct logistical activities to promote the success of programs, develop and implement project timelines and ensures deadlines are met, oversee program budget, ensure goals and objectives of grants are met, assists in proposal writing, comply and analyze program statistics.

Major/Essential Functions
Assist in creating and distributing outreach materials to raise awareness of PeriPAN's educational offerings.
Organize and track submission deadlines for educational content.
Format submitted presentations for consistency and clarity.
Manage the PeriPAN educational calendar, coordinating closely with the CME office, Business Operations Director, and Medical Director.
Participate in PeriPAN Project ECHO and webinar meetings to ensure all logistical elements are addressed.
Oversee distribution of materials, registration, and attendance links for all educational sessions.
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date conference roadmap.
Track conference-related deadlines, ensuring timely communication with all participants.
Collaborate on planning and execution of statewide conferences, fostering a streamlined process.
Attend statewide meetings to represent COSH and provide needed support.
Document meeting discussions and action items with thorough meeting minutes.
Co-host monthly Coordinator's meetings, promoting effective collaboration and clear communication among team members.
Order educational materials and supplies for CPAN/PeriPAN.
Support CPAN/PeriPAN initiatives across multiple Health-Related Institutions (HRIs) to enhance operational efficiency.
Draft formal and informal correspondence as required.
Schedule and coordinate meetings across Texas for CPAN/PeriPAN HRIs.
Collaborate with the CPAN Business Operations Coordinator at Baylor College of Medicine on joint CPAN/PeriPAN projects to ensure aligned objectives.
Conduct data analysis and develop reports.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the growth and success of the programs.
