The Internship Office within the College of Criminal Justice is seeking a dedicated student worker to support our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of CJ Internships & Career Services and the Administrative Associate. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience in a professional office setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general office support, including answering phones and directing inquiries.Run errands and assist staff with various tasks as needed.Help maintain office calendars and scheduling.Update and manage databases.Assist with projects and other duties assigned by the professional staff.
QualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.Interest in learning more about the internship office and career services.Enthusiasm for growing professionally while studying at Sam Houston State University.We are looking for a motivated and reliable student who is eager to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our office.
