Build long-term relationships with Tech Mahindra customers and partner with our stakeholders globally across other Service Lines to find opportunities for Digital and cloud transformation across areas of infrastructure, application, data, and Engineering other digital capabilities.
Responsibilities will include cultivating executive relationships, driving adoption through effective partnership, and market penetration at existing customers.
Bring strategic perspective to drive discussions and engagements with CXOs and Business Unit leaders as well as enough technical depth to be able to interact and understand the language of software developers and IT Architects.
Anchor Tech Mahindra response to client's RFP, RFI, RFS, and other solution documents to ensure the development and on time submission of winning proposals
Develop an annual business plan and Go-to-Market Strategy for assigned portfolio and achieve and deliver sales revenue as per quarterly and yearly assigned goals
Achieve assigned targets on Revenue, EBITDA, Debtor days
Act as customer advocate to ensure that all departments understand customers' requirements and respond with the right quality of service
Provide accurate forecasts to Management
Develop plans to maximize business opportunities with each customer. The plans include revenue forecasts by offerings, resource requirements, and sales and marketing campaigns to meet revenue targets.
Achieve Customer Satisfaction(CSAT) in conjunction with Delivery Managers.
Sell 7 Pillar/ Competency solutions in the Account
Pursue longer term contracts
Ensure the customer can become reference customer for TechM
Mentor and coach Acct managers in the team
Work with external partners and Product vendors to build compelling solutions that will drive our growth with the customer.
