The Site Service Administrative Assistant is responsible for collecting work tickets from technicians and submitting the time to the Service Coordinator. This individual will also have daily interactions with assigned customer account representative.
Essential Job Duties:
Work with a select set of customers to ensure billing is done accordingly.
Responsible for collecting technicians time and submit for payroll to the Service Coordinator.
Work with clients to ensure invoices are correct.
Communicate with technicians to ensure work tickets are received on time.
Prepare timesheets for payroll every other Monday.
Position may require working overtime, as approved and directed by the Service Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Obtain a TWIC card for access to client sites.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required.
2 years of industry experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and work on a computer.
