A reputable Law Firm based out of Washington DC is actively hiring a Manager, Strategic Pricing-Litigation Practices to their team responsible for defining the firm's pricing strategies and driving profitability through insightful, data-driven analysis, while specializing in specific law firm practice groups.

Hybrid- 3 days on site
Location: Washington DC.
Job Type: Full-time permanent
Base Salary starting from $130k and above (may vary based on experience or other relevant factors).
Demonstrated experience working specifically with Litigation practices, creating AFA models, and managing a team within the legal industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and implement innovative pricing strategies tailored to various practice areas and client segments.
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to evaluate profitability, pricing trends.
Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and profitability.
Collaborate with partners, attorneys, and firm leadership to educate and influence stakeholders on pricing best practices and strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred;
Minimum 3 years of Pricing or Legal Project Management Experience (required); and
7+ years of work experience in any of the following areas: Legal Pricing, Pricing Analytics, Financial analysis, or Management Consulting.
