Construction Casualty Insurance is looking for an experienced Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to successfully oversee a portfolio of business, size range from $700,000 - $1,000,000 in revenue.
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, managing renewals, and maintaining a partnership with the producers to support business development. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams including producers, marketing department, and other account managers to improve the entire customer experience. Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, including change requests and endorsements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Assist in the development of renewal submissions.
Use Applied Epic to document and manage account activity.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer needs and objectives.
Qualifications
1 year of experience as an Account Manager, or relevant position, in the Commercial Lines insurance industry, required.
Bilingual English/Spanish, strongly preferred.
High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree, preferred.
Florida insurance license, required.
Experience with Applied Epic, strongly preferred.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
