We are looking for a highly motivated superintendent. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a proven record of Multi-family superintendent experience. We provide affordable housing throughout our community and supportive services for our residents in need. Since 1982, we have aimed to provide an equitable solution to affordable housing shortages!
What You Will Be Doing
Oversee safety compliance on the job site and ensure that OSHA regulations are followed.
Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain relationships with the client and other stakeholders.
Oversee quality assurance and control of the construction project.
Supervise and lead on-site personnel.
Manage the use of Procore and other software systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
