Project Manager - Civil Engineering Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Civil Engineering to oversee and manage various infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, while ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
Prepare and present reports on project status, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering projects.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software (preferred).
Knowledge of land development processes and regulations.
EIT certification is a plus.
