The Low Voltage Superintendent will manage and supervise installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, cable, electrical, RF, and telecommunications, with expertise in in-building Distributed Antennae Systems (DAS). The Low Voltage Superintendent will lead crews, ensure project quality, and guarantee timely completion.

Focus:
Supervise and coordinate low voltage installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Lead and manage crews, providing guidance and coaching to less experienced technicians.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute projects.
Expertly diagnose and rapidly overcome implementation challenges.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Skill Set:
2-year technical degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field and 8+ years of installation experience in IT, cable, electrical, RF, and/or telecommunications.
Alternatively, 10+ years of installation experience with a high school diploma.
Familiarity with Distributed Antenna System (DAS) industry jargon and technology.
Field Foreman or Field Supervisor experience.
Strong understanding of wireless networks, including modulation techniques and amplifier/antenna/cable theory.
Experience with DAS equipment (Fiber DAS, Repeaters, Coaxial Cable, CAT 5 Cable, Antennas, Splitters, Fiber Cable).
Familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzer, signal generators, data collection tools).
CAD, IbWave, or equivalent design platform experience preferred.
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
Hands-on proficiency requiring precise motor skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to apply logical reasoning to solve complex problems.
Capable of understanding and interpreting verbal and written information accurately.
