A Day in the Life
Team Leadership and Development:
Supervise a team of two or more employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
Participate in training to enhance team skills and capabilities and maintain updated knowledge of equipment, services, and policies
Operational Management:
Oversee branch processes for timely equipment delivery and pick-up, ensuring operational efficiency
Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service, listening and responding to our partners' equipment needs
Uphold a climate of professionalism, including the use of company uniforms at all times
Logistics and Inventory Management:
Manage medical equipment inventory, storage and maintenance
Load, secure, and carefully transport life-saving medical equipment to and from hospitals,
adhering to company policies and safety standards
Help service, ship, and receive equipment in the branch warehouse
Maintain company vehicles
Administrative and Compliance Duties:
• Input and maintain accurate digital records and prepare regular reports on customer orders, equipment maintenance and inventory tracking, and track key performance metrics
Coordination and Communication • Collaborate with customers and company sales representatives, logistics, customer experience and other department team members to coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups and support for our healthcare partners

Education/Experience
One or more years of managerial experience in medical equipment rental operations
High school graduate or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
preferred
Qualifications
Ability to lead and motivate a team of direct reports, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Outstanding listening, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure in a hospital environment

Skills & Abilities
Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed
