As an Insurance Customer Service Representative , you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to service and professionalism. Responsibilities
Service all in-bound client inquiries for new and/or existing clients - including Payments, Renewals, Cancellations, Endorsements, and Rewrites.
Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy , analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes.
Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
Follow-up on leads generated from inbound calls, and non-renewal leads
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions especially if quoting or rewriting.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, billing, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
