Our client, a leading corporate consulting firm, is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support their dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills to manage various administrative tasks and contribute to the efficiency of the office.
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling a range of administrative duties, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and vendor interactions. This position demands strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail to support multiple team members effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for multiple individuals
Arrange and process travel logistics, including itineraries and visas
Handle expense reporting and invoice processing
Organize internal and external meetings, including venue selection and catering
Assist with client calendar management and document preparation for proposals
Provide backup reception duties, including phone answering and visitor greeting
Resolve issues and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders
Manage special projects with demanding deadlines
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; post-secondary education or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Professional demeanor with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and reliable, with strong organizational skills
Additional Details:
Duration: Long-term engagement (8+ months)
