Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Wealth Advisor with a CFP® or ChFC® certification and Series 65 license for a full-time, on-site position in Fleming Island, FL. This individual will lead a team focused on providing comprehensive wealth management services, fostering client relationships, and delivering financial planning expertise. Job Responsibilities Serve as the lead advisor, managing a team committed to delivering exceptional client service and financial planning. Provide scheduled portfolio reviews and financial planning advice, responding promptly to client queries. Ensure accurate collection and updating of client financial data, including portfolios, financial statements, and personal goals. Manage client data within financial software platforms, generating reports and analyses for client meetings. Deliver comprehensive financial analysis, covering areas such as portfolio management, tax planning, estate planning, and asset protection. Participate in PhD-designed training programs, with opportunities for paid education and career advancement into areas such as management, advanced wealth specialization, and business development. Lead ongoing client communication, providing timely updates, responding to inquiries, and managing client tasks. Collaborate with internal teams to provide a holistic approach to wealth management, ensuring all aspects of the client's financial plan are addressed. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm's growth by ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and asset management.
Qualifications Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), or near completion. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of client-facing experience in the financial services industry. Series 65 or Series 66 license required. Strong financial analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, financial planning software (Money Guide Pro or similar), and Salesforce (preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and build lasting client relationships.
