Role Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee and expand multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects, including treatment facilities, pumping systems, and large-scale conveyance networks. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial drive and a vision for regional growth, supported by a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and direct water and wastewater projects, from design through completion.
Cultivate strong client relationships and drive new business opportunities.
Mentor staff and contribute to strategic business planning and vision.
Ensure project profitability and guide team members toward successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in civil engineering and utility water project management.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
Established relationships with local agencies and a strong network in the water industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
