Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to oversee our tax compliance and planning activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tax reporting while providing strategic tax guidance to our clients. Key Responsibilities
Manage and review tax compliance for various entities including partnerships, C corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.
Conduct thorough tax research to stay updated on changes in tax legislation and their implications for clients.
Oversee the preparation and filing of various tax forms including 1065, 1120, and 1040.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of tax strategies with overall business objectives.
Assist in managing client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries.
Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or public accounting.
Proficient in tax compliance and planning for partnerships, C corporations, and individuals.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
