Responsible for Designing and providing WAN/LAN network administration, enterprise wireless, cloud administration (AZURE), SD WAN administration and Cisco/Palo Alto firewall administration.
Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.
Initiate improvements in tools (SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, Infoblox) requirements gathering and processes.
Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets.
Make recommendations based on analytics to improve performance and optimization of network infrastructure.
Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.
Help level 1/2 resources to address Network related issues.
Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
Demonstrated experience with WAN and backbone network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.) required.
Experience with next generation firewall technology (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, etc.) desirable.
Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, GC) networks and/or security desirable.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
