Our client, a leading media and entertainment company, is seeking a Product Manager (CRM and CLM) to work across multiple teams and functions to align business strategies with functional and technical architectures. This is a contract engagement and on-site in Burbank, CA. This role requires strong contract lifecycle management experience, stakeholder management, communication skills and problem-solving capabilities to drive key business initiatives. The Product Manager (CRM and CLM) will collaborate across departments to translate business needs into technical solutions, working on both ad hoc requests and strategic projects.
Responsibilities:
Assess and formulate strategic and tactical plans based on business initiatives
Evaluate and provide solutions to Business and Marketing stakeholder requests
Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects from ideation through completion
Develop detailed plans, schedules, resource allocation, critical path analysis and coordinate with various teams
Document process flows and create features for requirements following Agile methodology
Analyze and streamline existing business processes, driving the implementation of process solutions
Serve as a liaison to clients and technical organizations, acting as a subject matter expert on all things CRM
Collaborate with technology vendors and external consultants as needed
Communicate product requirements to teams across Marketing Strategy, Engineering and Customer Experience
Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of experience within CLM
5+ years of experience within CRM
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities
Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience using Jira for project tracking and management
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
Experience in project management and a proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders with strong stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with time management and stress management skills
A self-starter who is comfortable interacting with teams from Marketing, Finance and Customer Experience
