Assists in tracking and reporting all project measurables, plans, goals, logistics, timelines, critical paths, risks, assumptions, and milestones throughout the program(s) lifecycle to be shared during program reviews or when requested to senior management, stakeholders, and suppliers using appropriate tools on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Prepares project, program, and portfolio level documents and presentations; and participates in formal/informal, internal/external meetings
2 years of project analyst or contracts administration experience in manufacturing/production settings.
Heavy plate fabrication experience that includes welding is preferred.
Requires an AS in Business Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field from a credited college, university, or technical school; or two (2) years of successful related experience or training in engineering, finance, or manufacturing management of which one (1) year are in supervisory/managerial capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
