How You'll Make an Impact as a Finance Transformation Leader
PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE:
The Finance Transformation Leader will drive strategic initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our North America Finance operations. In direct partnership with Global Project Leads, this role will be instrumental in leading change, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to transform our finance function.
This leader will own the management for NA finance transformation initiatives, which will bring simplicity and synchronicity to our finance operations through new process flows and ways of working and will leverage a new cloud-based ERP software platform to drive automation and ensure continuity and consistency worldwide.
Making an Impact
Strategic Vision: Lead team through a comprehensive finance transformation strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals. Bring simplicity and synchronicity to our finance operations through new process flows and ways of working
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to streamline finance operations, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve overall efficiency with Global Operating model and Region specific nuances in mind.
Standardize Process: Lead efforts to standardization and centralization processes to be more efficient and provide a global business view.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to utilize financial technologies and systems, including ERP solutions, automation tools, and data analytics platforms to drive automation and ensure continuity and consistency worldwide
Change Management: In collaboration with CM Lead, drive change management efforts, ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives and report progress to senior leadership.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
People Leadership
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership, operational teams and global partners.
What you'll bring with you
AKA candidate requirements: • 10+ years Finance experience; 5+ years in Finance leadership capacity • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field • With a deep understanding of finance processes • Proven track record of implementing successful transformation projects • Experience building best in class commercial finance processes & procedures
