Mechanical Construction HVACAssistant Project Manager

Pay 100,000-$120,000
Responsibilites Include:
Field labor productivity, quality assurance and coordination, project financial projections and reporting, material, and equipment procurement, change order management, owner/client relations, project cash flow, and personnel management. Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, executed plans, and programs and other duties as required. Must have HVAC/Plumbing experience!
PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, the individual must have 5-7 yearsconstruction work-related experienceand/or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have strong Microsoft (Excel, Word, Project, Access, and Powerpoint), Bluebeam Revu PDF editing, Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting Software), and Quotesoft Estimating Software.
