As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions to streamline legal processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the firm's evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce best practices and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and APIs (REST, SOAP, and Bulk API).
Experience with Salesforce data migration and ETL processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) preferred.
