Job Responsibilities:
Conduct process reviews for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects and prepare production transfer documentation.
Create, upgrade, and maintain assembly process documentation.
Address production process issues and develop both temporary and long-term solutions.
Design and develop production jigs and fixtures (in collaboration with external suppliers).
Establish product operation standards, standard work hours, process specifications, and improve processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD, PRO/E, and office software for process documentation.
Over 3 years of experience in process engineering.
Experience in manufacturing processes for power products such as UPS, inverters, converters, or energy storage systems is preferred.
