Responsibilities:
Participate and help lead all phases of implementation
Prepare business requirements and create system design
Oversee software configuration, testing, training and deployment
Perform project management
Ensure quality assurance measures
Proactively manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor
Supervise and mentor staff
Serve as an escalation resource

Qualifications:
8+ years' experience in professional services and/or leadership
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience with Microsoft D365/CRM Field Service and scheduling, dispatching, mobile inventory management, ticketing, predictive maintenance, and technician management processes
Understanding of methods and tools used to customize and extend CRM business solutions

Possess strong decision making and time management skills
