The Medical Facilities Project Manager (PM) will oversee construction and renovation projects at Eisenhower Army Medical Center. The PM will ensure compliance with NFPA codes, Joint Commission standards, safety regulations, and other criteria, while coordinating with stakeholders and providing oversight of construction quality control.

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Facilities Project Manager: 100-110K
Pay commensurate with experience.

Manage on-site projects at EAMC, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
Conduct field surveys and report findings to Government officials.
Ensure adherence to NFPA codes, Joint Commission standards, safety standards, and other agency criteria including but not limited to EM 385-1-1
Developing detailed project plans, project scope, milestones, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate safety and infection control measures with relevant officers.
Monitor contractor quality control and safety recommend actions as needed.
Facilitate project coordination with facilities staff, hospital staff and other relevant stakeholders.
Attend and report on project-related meetings.
Oversee Construction Quality Management functions in accordance with USACE Quality Assurance Engineering Regulations, including but is not limited to: review schedules, work performance quality, safety oversight, coordination effectiveness, and perform documentation reviews for COR for all repair and construction work in progress or in planning stages.
Participate in final inspections and suggest corrective actions.
Provide weekly project status reports to Government officials.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in medical facilities or healthcare environments.
EM385 is required.
In-depth knowledge of NFPA codes, Joint Commission standards, safety standards, and construction quality management practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise reports and presentations.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating with various facility and construction stakeholders, including infection control and safety officers.
Construction management experience working in military or civilian hospitals or clinics.
