MoodysNWC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager with a strong background in User Experience (UX) to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects related to UX design and development. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining a focus on creating outstanding user experiences.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan that aligns with organizational goals and UX strategy.
Coordinate the efforts of multiple project teams, ensuring they work together seamlessly to achieve program objectives.
Work closely with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align program goals with overall business objectives.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to ensure a unified approach to UX initiatives.
Monitor the progress of individual UX projects within the program, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during the course of the projects.
Allocate resources effectively across projects to optimize team performance.
Facilitate the integration of UX principles and best practices into project workflows.
Ensure that the program's UX strategy aligns with the organization's overall user-centric vision.
Act as a liaison between project teams and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and addressing concerns.
Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners involved in the program.
Establish and enforce quality standards for UX deliverables, ensuring they meet user expectations and align with design guidelines.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in project management is a plus.
Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on UX-related projects.
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from 120,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to 160,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
