Key Responsibilities:
Update and manage Customer Support Agreements, monitor equipment hours, schedule services, track service deadlines, follow up on customer calls, review work order repairs, and maintain contract notes.
Provide phone coverage and handle customer inquiries within the Service Solutions Center.
Maintain accurate process and procedure records for daily tasks.
Assist with software accounts and online tool usage for customers.
Conduct courtesy calls post-service.
Manage customer billing and reconcile accounts for various applications.
Enter and manage data for software and program subscriptions.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree (preferred)
Experience in Customer Service/Call Center roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools
Team-oriented mindset and ability to provide prompt, accurate support
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
