Job Description:

Our Customer Service Center is dedicated to minimizing machine downtime and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. We're seeking a motivated professional looking for a long-term career with growth and advancement potential within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and manage Customer Support Agreements, monitor equipment hours, schedule services, track service deadlines, follow up on customer calls, review work order repairs, and maintain contract notes.
  • Provide phone coverage and handle customer inquiries within the Service Solutions Center.
  • Maintain accurate process and procedure records for daily tasks.
  • Assist with software accounts and online tool usage for customers.
  • Conduct courtesy calls post-service.
  • Manage customer billing and reconcile accounts for various applications.
  • Enter and manage data for software and program subscriptions.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree (preferred)
  • Experience in Customer Service/Call Center roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to provide prompt, accurate support
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
