• Nike Direct Buyer II - this is a hybrid postion between Athlete Peformance Solutions and Nike Direct

• seated within Nike Direct team on Nike North America campus (job is located on the Nike Campus in Beaverton, Oregon. This is not a hybrid or remote role)

• Nike Licensee assortments by Athlete Performance Solutions (Volleyball, Cheer, Wrestling, Weightlifting and Lacrosse)

Job Description:

• Business, Product & Consumer Expert

Retail acumen - past retail experience is an essential asset

Clear understanding of retail calendars, seasonality of sport and key moments

Comprehensive Fanatics portfolio business management

• Partners on Merch Strategy & Buying plan for business unit
• Drives holistic business and consumer insights into action
• Manages holistic assortment strategies and creation
• Collaborates fully w/ x-functional teams (Business reporting, WBR, IBA, Key Seasonal Deliverables, In-Season Portfolio Management, etc.)
• Executes seasonal readiness
• Proficient working in detailed and data-driven systems
• Demonstrates capacity to effectively work on multiple workstreams, against varying deliverables tracking to multiple deadlines
• Influences opportunities to optimize business to partners (future + in-season)
• Full ownership of business at direction of Director & Sr. Buyer
• Management of merchandising systems & tools
• Delivers to Code Calendar
• Comprehensive teardowns of key moments + product drops specific to APS
• Hindsighting and influencing Consumer Merch partners on what is working / what isn't
• Integrate fully w/ ND Stores / Digital partners
• Effectively manage and distribute Product Data from APS to Global partners for Nike systems integration
