Supports the product development of nutritional liquid and powder products. • Manufacture product in Pilot Plant facilities (perform batch calculations, create manufacturing instructions, order and weigh ingredients, assemble batches for processing and fill into containers). • Coordinate analytical testing of product (prepare testing protocols, complete purchase orders, compile test results, perform unit conversions). • Conduct product evaluations (powder oxidation and scoop delivery studies, in process testing of pH, viscosity and total solids). • Communicate results of experiments (organize data into tables, prepare bills of materials, complete manufacturing run summaries).

Education: Bachelors' degree in Food Science preferred, but any Science related field (Engineering, Biology, Chemistry) will also be considered. Manager will consider viewing someone with an Associates degree as long as they have relevant working experience. Also open to new grad or soon to graduate.
Interview: Preferred in person, but open to Teams if needed.
