Pella Windows and Doors of Columbus is looking for someone to serve as the first point of contact for the Pella showroom customer. They will be responsible for understanding the customer's needs and wants and presenting respective solutions. A successful candidate is someone who is self-disciplined and pays attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for entering and maintaining customer information into the CRM system, scheduling in-home appointments and guiding customers through a firsthand experience of our brand, products, and digital tools.

Answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service.
Displays and or demonstrates product in the showroom or consumer home shows
Answers and accurately directs customers to an Outside Sales Representative.
Inputs and maintains accurate customer information in our CRM program
Completes sales transactions which may include handling deposits (checks/credit card)
Organize, manage, and attend showroom events.
Ability to work occasional weekend and evening hours.
Provides administrative support for Outside Sales Representatives and Management.
Initiates office stock orders by reviewing on hand levels of supplies, literature and product samples.
Has a working knowledge of all integrated systems and processes.
Maintains showroom for cleanliness and neatness (dusting, cleaning windows, taking out garbage)
Supports Pella's key imperative for customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point software and will be expected to develop proficiency with Pella software
