Akelius is seeking a driven and solutions-oriented temporary employee to join the team.
The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the vendor management process, ensuring compliance.
The role will help manage vendor performance and maintain data integrity to ensure cost-efficiency, risk mitigation, and operational effectiveness.
A successful candidate will have experience with aspects of vendor management.
key responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new vendors, including gathering necessary documentation.
Track contract renewal dates and ensure agreements are up to date.
Monitor vendors for adherence to the company's code of conduct, sustainability guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., EU directives, sustainability goals).
Support the development of due diligence processes to mitigate fraud and compliance risks.
Maintain up-to-date certificates of insurance and other necessary vendor documentation.
Maintain a centralized vendor database and track vendor data.
Provide regular reports on vendor performance, vendor compliance, insurance expirations and contract status.
