Position Details:
  • Job Title: Bilingual HR Support Specialist
  • Hours: 25-30 hours per week
  • Pay: $23-24.50 per hour, DOE
  • Location: Portland Metro Area

Key Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and work independently

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist with all onboarding and pre-screening activities
  • Manage HR projects for the team
  • Coordinate meetings, handle data entry, and track project deadlines
  • Provide support as needed for other managers
