Primary Responsibilities:
Act as the primary client contact, answering calls, assisting with scheduling, invoicing, payments, and service inquiries.
Coordinate office needs across 3 small locations to ensure seamless team operations.
Provide high-level support to the firm's Partners.
Draft and manage client communications, including bulk reminders and follow-ups.
Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed.
Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance firm processes.
Take ownership of tasks, seeing them through from start to finish, and supporting additional requests as they arise.
Skill Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years in an office or administrative, client-facing role. Previous experience with a tax firm is a plus.
Education: Some college coursework preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with clients.
Teamwork & Independence: Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
In-Office Presence: This role requires 100% on-site work at our Provo location.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. Flexibility is available as needed.
Occasional evening and Saturday hours may be required during peak tax seasons.
