Our client is a boutique financial services firm in Kansas City, known for providing personalized attention and tailored solutions to their clients. They are looking for a driven and fully licensed Advisor to join their team. This individual will spend 75% of their time seeking out new business opportunities and 25% servicing existing clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a boutique environment and understands the value of building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the firm's client base
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their financial goals and needs
Provide exceptional service to existing clients, offering personalized financial solutions
Present and explain financial products, such as investment and retirement plans, to potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
Handle client inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and trust
Maintain a positive mindset and resilience in the face of rejection while continually seeking new business leads
Qualifications
Fully licensed with Series 7
Proven ability to generate new business and build lasting relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a boutique firm environment and appreciate a personalized approach to client services
Comfortable with rejection and able to remain persistent in pursuit of new business
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000 - $110,000 base salary
Total compensation: $135,000 - $185,000 (including performance-based incentives)
