Our client is seeking an experienced Client Service Executive (CSE) to join their Employee Benefits team. In this role, you'll work closely with producers to manage a book of business, develop strategic client solutions, and provide expert guidance on self-funded benefits plans. As the primary contact between clients and carriers, you'll lead renewals, marketing efforts, and ensure compliance education.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and develop tailored self-funded benefit solutions
Lead marketing and renewal efforts, preparing analyses and presentations
Educate clients on compliance topics (DOL, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.)
Oversee enrollment materials, benefit administration systems, and client communications
Maintain client records and coordinate with support staff
What You Bring:
4-6 years of experience in insurance or benefits consulting, with specific experience in self-funded plans
Active Life and Health license required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for data analysis and reporting)
Strong time management and independent problem-solving skills
Ability to educate and advise clients on complex benefit and compliance issues
