the CFO leading a high-performing team as they continue to grow within the space. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Investment Tax Credit incentives under the IRA and experience managing portfolio-level debt. Experience leading the finances of a private-equity backed company previously is also a must, with familiarity with PE-exits being a big bonus! Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with accounting, AP/AR, and FP&A teams to streamline financial operations.
  • Leverage your Netsuite experience to assist in integration and data mining processes.
  • Manage ITC transactions and take ownership of recent changes under the IRA.
  • Help drive the company's growth by assembling draw packages and requesting additional capital for various projects.
  • Contribute to our company's PE-backed growth by offering insights into exit strategies and maximizing returns.
  • Lead finance efforts for portfolio companies, managing project-specific debt under the umbrella company.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in renewable energy (especially wind, solar, or biogas).
  • Strong familiarity with ITC and the IRA, particularly s48.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
  • Knowledge of PE-backed companies and successful exits.
  • Portfolio-level debt experience is a strong plus.
  • Longevity in previous roles, reflecting strong cultural fit and commitment.
