We are looking for an experienced Financial Advisor / Wealth Advisor to guide clients in reaching their financial goals through personalized wealth management solutions. This role combines client engagement, financial planning, and sales strategy, supporting business development through events, campaigns, and prospect meetings. You will leverage your expertise in financial planning, investments, and retirement solutions to build and sustain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Build trust by understanding clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and objectives.
Develop and present customized financial plans.
Deliver exceptional service and maintain regular client communication.
Review client portfolios to ensure investment alignment with evolving needs.
Wealth Management and Advisory
Provide guidance on wealth management strategies, including asset allocation and estate planning.
Serve clients with complex financial planning and retirement needs.
Stay updated on best practices and investment solutions for clients.
Business Development
Generate leads through events, networking, and referrals.
Convert leads to clients and drive them through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate on client onboarding and ongoing service activities.
Record client interactions and lead activities in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Proven sales performance and ability to exceed goals.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and MoneyGuidePro preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Must maintain client confidentiality and commit to regular attendance and travel (up to 25%).
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
Valid securities license or ability to obtain one within specified timeframe.
2+ years of financial advisory experience and 2-5 years of sales experience preferred.
Series 65 or Series 7 + 66 preferred (per state regulations).
CFP® or CFA® designation if allowed by state.
