What You'll Do:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Create compelling content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to attract and engage our target audience
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for growth
Collaborate with marketing to generate and implement creative ideas for promotions, events, and partnerships
Help manage and optimize advertising campaigns on various channels, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Support the email marketing efforts by assisting with newsletters, promotional emails, and customer communications
Use analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of various marketing initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement
Assist with website maintenance by updating product listings, creating landing pages, and optimizing for SEO
Provide general administrative support to the team, as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week (part-time)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and develop new skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.) is preferred but NOT required
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is a plus
