Robert Half Marketing and Creative is currently working with a consulting client in Atlanta who looking to hire a Marketing Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead content creation efforts and develop impactful go-to-market strategies for our brand and products. This individual will play a key role in shaping our marketing initiatives, driving audience engagement, and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our offerings. This role is hybrid - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with brand goals and speaks to the target audience across multiple channels (web, social media, blogs, email, etc.).
Analyze performance metrics to continually improve content quality and effectiveness in driving lead generation and customer engagement.
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success, etc.) to align GTM strategies with business goals and customer needs.
Define key target audiences, positioning, and messaging for new products or services, ensuring clear value propositions.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine messaging, improve targeting, and optimize content performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on content creation, brand storytelling, and go-to-market strategy.
Candidates with consulting or professional services background are ideal
