An Ultra-High Net Worth Family needs an experienced House Manager to oversee their Southampton residence. They are seeking someone who is local to Southampton and can be onsite at the home fulltime throughout the year.
Duties include management and oversight of housekeeping staff, household renovations, maintenance, winterizing the home, managing contractors and vendors, and providing hospitality service when guest are staying overnight. Coordination of events, providing weekly and or daily status updates to the principal when they are not at the home, maintaining meticulous attention to cleanliness, and an affable, friendly demeanor.
Successful candidates will have a practical, hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, back-up generator hook-ups, SmartHome technology, and residential repairs. While the schedule will be Monday - Friday, flexibility is an absolute necessity as the nature of this role requires on-call availability whenever the family is at the home - but within reason.
Seeking :
prior Household/Estate Management experience
-Experience working for UHNWI and or hospitality / butler background
- a valid driver's license, and legal authorization to work in the US
