Moon & Adrion Insurance Agency is seeking a Full Time Insurance Customer Service Representative to work with Personal and Commercial lines customers in our Middletown office. Previous Insurance agency experience and an active Ohio P&C Insurance license are preferred for this position. Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:
  • Property and Casualty License is highly preferred, must be willing to obtain within 30 days of offer date
  • At least 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
