Duties
Answer inbound dealership calls for parts orders
Validating part numbers and verifying codes
Data entry of parts orders
Answering 40+ calls daily
Requirements for Duties for Customer Service Representative
Great phone skills should be comfortable with talking to people
Ability to follow a scripted phone call
Good listening skills
Proficient in using a computer and Windows applications
