Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Works closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze the business requirements. Ensure that the needs of the business are clearly understood and translated into technical requirements for the development team. Draft Requirement Documents.
Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: Serve as a bridge between stakeholders (business users, management) and the technical team. Communicate the project's progress, clarify requirements, and manage expectations to ensure everyone is aligned with the project's goals.
Process Modeling and Improvement: Create process models, such as flowcharts or use cases, to visualize and document business processes. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
