Job Description:
The project coordinator for the cardiovascular franchise will work closely with the cross functional teams to plan and execute a variety of on going projects across clinical studies, research and development and product management
Project coordinator tasks:
Align schedules between cross functional teams.
Ownership of Inventory Management for the cardiovascular team
Initialize internal approval processes and track completion.
Collect data from collaboration sites and summarize results.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Organize logistics to send and receive materials from external partners.
Tracking invoices and payments based on contractual agreements, keeps records of all payments.
Tracking ECE case schedules and coordinating with account owners
Coordinates resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.
Ensures proper documentation of project results, and of all products or technologies delivered.
Experience:
1-3 years.
Knowledge:
Qualified as Project Manager (according to Client)
Manages small projects of low complexity or higher.
Thorough professional know-how in one Sub Job Family, based on practical experience and theoretical foundation.
Focus on applying and expanding acquired knowledge base.
Application of knowledge in increasingly both broader professional and managerial context.
Basic level of professional judgment competence.
Improves processes within specialized area.
