We are looking for an experienced Director of People Services to lead human resources functions in support of a positive, family-friendly workplace culture. This individual will be responsible for co-worker relations, talent management, recruitment, and organizational development to support our mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and recommend goals and objectives for co-worker relations, fostering a positive workplace environment.
Administer co-worker relations programs to improve employee experience and retention.
Identify and implement best practices for staffing, recruiting, and talent management.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
Supervise HR staff managing recruitment, selection, personnel policies, and training programs to enhance productivity.
Address and resolve employee relations issues, including work conditions, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee HR department budgeting and ensure operations are within approved amounts.
Supervise onboarding and orientation processes for all new employees, updating as necessary.
Direct recruitment activities and outreach, working closely with Nursing Administration and department leaders.
Provide policy and procedure training to director and manager-level staff on HR-related topics.
Qualifications (Must-Haves):-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field from an accredited institution.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Significant experience in co-worker relations and Human Resource Management principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):-
SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR).
Master's degree in a related field.
Previous experience in healthcare HR management.
Interview Process:-
Initial phone screen/interview with the Division People Services Director.
Interview follow-up with the CEO.
Onsite interview for final candidates.
