What you will be doing as an Electrical Engineering Manager:
Manage all aspects of electrical systems development, ensuring projects meet customer needs and company goals.
Manage & Mentor Electrical Engineers on your team.
Foster a collaborative environment, provide daily oversight, delegate tasks, and empower your team's success.
Be the Product Development Champion with integration of electrical components & systems seamlessly, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
Provide Technical Expertise by Leverage your electrical engineering and manufacturing experience to solve complex challenges.
Manage Regulatory Compliance and ensure adherence to FMVSS and DOT regulations for safe and reliable vehicle operation.
What you will need as an Electrical Engineering Manager:
A degreed Electrical Engineer with a proven track record of leading electrical engineering teams.
7 years managing Electrical Engineering teams.
A problem-solver with expertise in A3, 8D, or similar methodologies.
A technical communicator, adept at conveying complex ideas verbally and in writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A safety-conscious individual committed to a behavioral-based safety approach.
