The Jr. Real Estate Buyer will assist the acquisition team in qualifying and nurturing potential leads for home purchases. This role includes reaching out to direct seller leads, realtors, wholesalers, and other agents to gather necessary information to qualify leads before presenting them to Real Estate Buyers.
Responsibilities:
Call inbound leads to gather information needed to qualify leads for evaluation by Real Estate Buyers to determine if they meet MEGG Homes' buying criteria.
Reach out to realtors and wholesalers to gather additional information on on-market deals that meet buying criteria, to present to Real Estate Buyers.
Follow up with active leads for updates.
Collaborate with Real Estate Buyers to better understand MEGG Homes' buying criteria to qualify leads efficiently.
Schedule property visits and budget walkthroughs for leads.
Review and approve contracts and closing documents before final approval by Real Estate Buyers.
Coordinate with the Marketing department when launching marketing campaigns.
Track and present performance goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Hours of Work:
Minimum 40 hours per week, typically Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
