As the Regional Sales and Operations manager (Regional Director) of the Mobile, AL Support Center, you will:
Lead and motivate the sales and operations teams.
Work directly with the sales team to generate new business.
Support the operations team in retaining customers, solving problems, and training franchisees.
Recruit and assist in developing new Franchise Owners.
Focus on selling new business and retaining customers to achieve your income goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the operational department with account management and ongoing communication with customers and franchisees.
Document communication, meetings, and other relevant activities.
Conduct daily meetings with the operational team to review tickets and plan for the day.
Audit paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide field and classroom training to new employees in the sales/operational department, as well as new and existing franchisees.
Assist the operational team with escalations to ensure customer and franchisee satisfaction.
Occasionally load equipment onto trucks.
Qualifications:
B2B Account management experience 2-5 years
B2B Hunter Sales experience 2-5 years
Customer service experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong training skills
Exceptional problem solving and time management abilities
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed to meet with potential Franchise Owners and Clients.
Pay range:
Pay range- $60-$80k salary (plus commission)
