Our is a fast growing real estate/asset development company looking to continue to grow their Finance team. Their new Financial Analyst will report directly to the Finance Manager and Director of Finance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform ad hoc analysis that drive strategic business decisions
Analyze data and financial and business metrics used by the company and senior management.
Coordinate with accounting, finance, carrier relations, distribution, operations and technology and various information holders to collect, organize and analyze company data and to summarize key takeaway for senior management.
Assist in the design and implementation of new financial processes.
Develop, update, and present financial reports to senior management and clients, leveraging advanced technology tools.
Assist in the development and analysis of the forecast and annual plan
Analyze financial and operational results versus forecast and plan, investigate variances and communicate findings to management team
Education / Experience
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in services, construction or other industries
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI or Tableau
